2023 Stick Bonspiel Results
Judging by the following comment, the Stick Spiel was a huge success
“Hi, we recently had the opportunity to attend the first ever annual Stick Curling Spiel in Osoyoos on Saturday Nov 4/23. We would like to take this opportunity to thank the curling club and the organizing committee for a job well done. The facility is welcoming and has a great hometown feel. The curling format took into consideration the various athletic abilities, and ages, with an appropriate break in between games. The lunch provided was a very pleasant departure from the normal “pizza” most clubs tend to provide. The soups were obviously home made and were delicious along with the desserts. The community supported the event through donations of local wines and services throughout the surrounding area. On behalf of Al Finlayson, Larry and Sheila Martin and Chantel Unrau we would like once again thank you for a great day of curling. We will be looking forward to the next stick curling spiel.”
